Pesticide Efficacy Programs

Our pesticide efficacy programs are conducted using a diversity of field, orchard & vineyard, specialty and horticulture crops.

Herbicide, Fungicide, Insecticide and Adjuvants, alone or in combination, are typically tested against industry standards and untreated checks.

Fertilizer & Nutrient Trials

Fertilizer and nutrient trials can be conducted in a variety of methods; broadcast, in-furrow, and foliar.

These trials provide insights regarding where nutrients are meant to be placed, at which development stage, and in what method to optimize crop performance.

Crop Residue Studies

We are currently making the transition into becoming GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) compliant within accordance of OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) guidelines governed by the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) in 2020.
The capabilities to accept crop residue studies are in line for 2024 and 2025.

Biotechnology
Testing

Biotechnology testing examines the different characteristics of new genetics that set new varieties of crops apart from the rest of the industry. Testing is completed in confined and regulated areas to prevent the movement of traits and cross contamination.

Environmental Monitoring & Sampling

Analyzing the movement of a substance or it’s derivatives through an environment is critical to know the product’s residual capacity and impacts.  Soil samples from a terrestrial application or water samples from the local watershed can determine if a product is breaking down appropriately
or leaching.

Conventional & Organic Crops

Our facilities allow us to support a wide range of conventional and organic field, horticulture and specialty crops. Corn, vegetables, stone fruits, cereals and pulses all fall within our services.
